Loosen stuck tiles by carefully applying heat to the tile surface with a heat gun or a wallpaper steamer.
Once the floor is leveled out with all the scratches gone and presenting all as the same uniform color the gloss needs to be.
Use boiling or hot water to remove adhesive from a wood floor.
Simply use a wet rag to sufficiently coat the adhesive and wait the 10 minutes and scrape off.
Make sure that the existing floor covering and the subfloor and any possible underlayment are sturdy enough for the installation of the vinyl flooring.
If it s a beautiful hardwood floor consider sanding the glue adhesive from the wood floor to keep it in the best condition possible.
