Pull the drain hose out of.
Drain water from washing machine for moving.
Let the water drain until it stops.
Switch the power button on the machine off if your model has one.
To get the water out from the very bottom of your washer disconnect the drain hose from the wall.
Next remove the washer drain hose from the drain put the hose on the floor and let the water drain into a bucket or pan.
The washer pump forces water from the bottom of the machine into the drain hose.
Just pull it away from the wall detach the drain hose from the wall and aim it into a bucket.
Drain the water from those hoses.
Position the drain hose as low as possible and into a floor drain if possible to empty the water.
Unplug the washing machine from the power source.
Turn off the water to the washing machine supply lines.
To drain turn off the water supply faucets and then disconnect the hoses from the water supply.
Duct tape the power cord to the top of the machine to avoid splashing it with.
It removes the water from the tub during the spin cycle.

Close the shut off valves disconnect the washing machine hoses then open the valves again to drain the lines.
Draining a top loading washing machine is a little easier.
